Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the Withdrawals section. From there, you can request a withdrawal.

When you’ve requested your withdrawal, you’re going to receive an email that houses a confirmation link. Go ahead and click on that link.

By clicking on that confirmation link, you’re alerting our Back Office Team that you have validated your withdrawal request. The uexo Back Office team will then initiate your withdrawal.

Depending on the withdrawal method you’ve chosen, your withdrawal might be processed on the same day if it’s a business day, or it can take up to 5 business days to be processed.

If your funds haven’t hit your credit/debit card, bank account, or your eWallet by the 6th business day, please get in touch with the uexo Customer Care team.

Unfortunately, no.

As per our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules, any funds received into your uexo account via a credit or debit card must come from the owner of the credit or debit card that is also the same owner as the the uexo trading account the funds are being deposited into.

We don’t accept third party payments as we’re a regulated broker and this goes against the AML rules stipulated by our regulatory body.

The same goes for withdrawals. The funds that leave your uexo account must be sent to the same credit or debit card that made the deposit.

In the case of a uexo joint Forex trading account, we do accept funds from one account or credit card, as long as the funds are from one of the parties that are registered on the said joint account.

Currency conversion may apply to unavailable currencies. For instance, if you’re requesting a transfer to be made in a currency that’s different from your uexo trading account’s base currency (USD \ EUR \ GBP), you’ll be charged a conversion fee in addition to any transaction fee.

Any profits you make from trading can be paid via the same payment method you used when depositing funds into your uexo trading account. For instance, if you made a deposit via your credit card, any funds you withdraw from your uexo trading account will be sent to your credit card, less any fees.

There might be situations where unforeseen circumstances play a role. If this is the case, then yes, it may take longer for your deposit to hit your uexo trading account.
