Simple answer is no. MT4 is still the world’s go-to trading platform, so we’re not going to be getting rid of MT4.

So, then, you’re new to trading. Firstly, welcome to the world of trading. Secondly, we think you could try out both our MT4 and MT5 platforms. Familiarise yourself with either one and you’ll quickly see that you can use the other with ease.

We’ve created user guides for both MT4 and MT5, so check them out, too.

Our CEO uses both MT4, MT5, and our WebTrader as he’s a Mac man. As we don’t want to be viewed as fence-sitters, we did ask him and he said the following:
“I like them both, but MT5 has a few more features, so I prefer MT5. If you’ve been using EAs and Plugins on MT4 that won’t work on MT5, stay on MT4. Totally up to you.”
